What’s the difference? And what is the right option for me?

It can be overwhelming to begin the process of ordering wedding invitations. There’s hundreds, if not thousands, of variations to choose from when it comes to envelopes, add-ons, fonts and colors. Sometimes having endless options isn’t necessarily a good thing!

Working with KMP means having a partner in creating your dream invites, all while staying within budget. Whether you’re looking for something one-of-a-kind within a specific vision, or something timeless and simple, I am here to guide you through the process of creating the invitation suite of your dreams. 

I offer both semi-custom and full custom invitation suites. Semi-custom suites offer classic, pre-curated designs for those couples who don’t want to embark on the process of designing an entire suite from scratch. Couples who’d like something really unique can go the custom route; the KMP custom suite process guides your vision from ideation to fruition, with me as your guide every step of the way. 

What else differentiates a semi-custom suite from a custom suite? Let’s go over the differences: 

Semi-Custom Suites: 

  • You pick and choose what is best for your needs and wants. 

  • Your choice of one pre-curated design template

  • Your choice of envelope + ink color 

  • Up to five pieces, including the main invitation card, response card, guest envelope, return envelope and a detail card upon request

  • Free return address printing (for both the invitation envelope and RSVP envelope) 

Custom Suites include, but are not limited to: 

  • Completely customizable suite based on your vision 

  • Mood board outlining basic design inspiration + guidelines to ensure we are aligned on creative direction 

  • Up to five pieces, including the main invitation card, response card, guest envelope, return envelope and a detail card (and of course any additional elements you’d like to add!)

  • Matching save the dates 

In addition to the above, all KMP clients receive a digital proof of their suite for review and approval before anything goes to print. This allows for a final check on the details and any last minute changes or updates to your order.
